Thank you for using Billover! Billover is provided by Almanpay Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., a Turkish corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Billover, you agree to comply with these Terms.We value our users and strive to provide a high-quality service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for purchases made through Billover. By using our Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds are typically only granted in specific circumstances as outlined below. As Billover is a digital service, we do not generally provide refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If Billover fails to process documents or does not function as intended due to a technical issue on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. This does not apply to cases where the issue is due to unsupported file formats or user-side connectivity problems.

  • Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate charges or errors in subscription billing), please contact us. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed billing errors.

  • Accidental Purchases: Refund requests for accidental purchases must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase. Refunds for accidental purchases will only be considered if no substantial use of the Service has occurred.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Billover does not offer refunds for users who decide to cancel due to a change of mind or who have only partially used their subscription period. We encourage users to explore our free plan and documentation before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. Refund Process

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant transaction details, including date and method of payment

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within [7 business days]. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once the refund is completed.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no additional charges will be incurred. Canceling a subscription does not qualify for a refund of any remaining portion of the billing cycle.

6. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • One-Time Purchases: Purchases made as one-time fees for document processing or add-on services are non-refundable.

  • Free Trials and Discounts: Refunds are not applicable for services acquired through free trials or promotional discounts.
