These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BillOver website and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Almanpay Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., a Turkish corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). BillOver provides an online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service specialized in processing invoices, receipts, and similar documents to extract key information. Users may upload documents, and our technology will convert the image or PDF content into structured data for download, storage, or further processing. The Service is available via our website, API, and integrations with other third-party tools.

  3. Your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property or privacy rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
