Welcome to Billover! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Billover website and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Almanpay Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş., a Turkish corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Billover, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Billover, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Billover on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of Service
Billover provides an online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service specialized in processing invoices, receipts, and similar documents to extract key information. Users may upload documents, and our technology will convert the image or PDF content into structured data for download, storage, or further processing. The Service is available via our website, API, and integrations with other third-party tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Billover. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have not been restricted or banned from using the Service under applicable laws.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at info@billover.com.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
5. Paid Services and Billing
Some features of Billover are provided free of charge, while others require payment. We offer various subscription plans with different usage limits, data retention, and support levels.
Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription. Payments are due in advance of each billing period, and you are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription plans. We will notify you of any changes in advance and give you the option to cancel if you do not agree.
6. Permissible Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You shall not:
Use the Service to process unlawful or fraudulent documents.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying technology of the Service.
Misrepresent your identity or the content you submit.
Use automated tools to access or misuse the Service in ways that exceed standard usage rates.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Processing: Billover processes data solely to provide OCR functionality. We do not share or sell processed data with third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention: Uploaded documents may be temporarily stored for processing but are deleted within a reasonable timeframe after completion unless you are on a paid plan with data retention features.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Service and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by or licensed to Billover. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Billover name, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Billover a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Billover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Accuracy of OCR Results: While we strive to provide high-accuracy OCR, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data extracted from uploaded documents.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (c) any other matter related to the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Billover, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:
Your use of and access to the Service;
Your violation of any term of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property or privacy rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms on the Billover website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
